Pixel & Tonic, the team behind Craft CMS, is looking for an experienced Developer Relations Engineer to help continue to improve Craft CMS. The ideal candidate is familiar with Craft CMS, has experience creating video and educational content, and enjoys working with others and helping developers solve complex problems.
At Pixel & Tonic, we work hard to create tools and software that developers love using. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others through interacting on Discord, creating educational resources, and speaking at industry events around the world. As a distributed team, to be successful at Pixel & Tonic, you need to be able to work both independently and collaboratively. All members of the Pixel & Tonic team participate in customer support and help to shape the future of our products.

To succeed in this role you should have the following skills and experience:
A familiarity with Craft CMS, and hopefully other content management systems
Experience with modern PHP development
Experience with HTML and CSS
Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
Experience with Yii or Laravel
Experience creating video and educational content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enjoys working with others and developing and maintaining ongoing relationships
Public speaking experience in conference settings
Are self-motivated and and enjoys learning and teaching others
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
This is a remote, full-time, and salaried position. Salary is competitive and based on experience and location.
