ABOUT THE ROLE

We want to fundamentally change how people work in customer service. So we need a team of world-class talent. As a Full Stack Web Developer at ultimate.ai, you’ll be an integral part of this team from day one.

You’ll own the backend and frontend of our website and the responsibility for its performance. Your work will lay the foundation for traffic growth and an ideal user experience. Through this, you’ll be instrumental in helping us to communicate our brand, products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a cross-functional team with designers and analysts
• Build and maintain landing/web pages
• Control and optimization of the websites for proper display in various web browsers, including on mobile devices
• Continuously improve our systems and processes
• Improve page speed and mobile optimization (SEO first)
• Help to enable the marketing team to iterate fast and learn about our customers by designing, launching and iterating on A/B experiments
• Design and develop efficient solutions that can continue to scale

ABOUT YOU

• Advanced experience in using Craft CMS and the LAMP stack
• Experience with responsive design
• Proven track record of tech SEO and website optimization
• Experience working with product, design & marketing teams
• Testing experience on different levels: unit, integration, contract, and E2E
• Knowledge of analyzing metrics about system health and performance
• Good understanding of lean and agile practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
