To be successful in this role, you will need and have the drive to create high-performance, fast-loading websites and think outside the box. In addition, you must be a high-functioning PHP developer who can write PHP code without Google searches and without the aid of a framework or manual. Job Description
PHP development to expand a custom business-specific framework
Create and improve PHP-based in-house tools to support reporting and business intelligence goals
Enhance and further develop server-side analytics implementation
Implement and maintain unit tests
Refine and enhance automated deployment processes
Troubleshooting technical issues and bugs
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred OR 5+ years working as a Web Developer or in a similar position with a proven track record and examples
You have experience with writing PHP / HTML / CSS / Vanilla JS (Craft CMS is a HUGE plus)
Working knowledge of source control, including a local, dev, and production workflow using pull requests and automated deployment strategies. (Github, Bitbucket)
3-5+ years working as a Web Developer or in a similar position as a PHP Developer or Full Stack Developer
A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
You can work with third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Youtube, Sticky.io)
You're curious about new technologies, and you're excited to find ways to implement them in your work
You have a big appetite for learning and improving your skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience working in Google docs & Slack is a plus
