We are a lean, expert, independent digital agency based in Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong. We create beautiful and engaging websites and digital experiences and execute highly targeted performance-driven marketing campaigns.
Who we're looking for:
- Looking for a strong full-stack web developer, with frontend coverage (LAMP)
- Front-end: We're coding in Vue.js / ReactJS, HTML / CSS (Bootstrap), and JavaScript (React Native experience in addition would be a big plus)
- We're generally designing in Sketch, sometimes Photoshop, so the focus is on front end templating from these designs
- Back-end: PHP (Mainly CraftCMS)
- Looking for someone who loves tackling hardcore back-end issues, such as site structure design, API development, and Content Management System integration with frontend.
- LAMP stack experience, able to do non-complex deployments of websites + troubleshoot server issues (on Digital Ocean).

- We have a broad range of client projects across multi-national brands, SMEs, and funded startups
- Have exposure to broader Butter business services, eg analytics consultancy, conversion optimisation, marketing activation, etc - Overtime is extremely rare, due to strong project/client management
