As we expand we are looking for a Senior Developer to help us deliver great online experiences for our customers.

Our team is small and agile, working with two other developers you will be our Senior Developer, you will have the opportunity to influence the build across multiple projects and lead the team. There's also lots of opportunity for professional growth here, as the team expands.
We're looking for a developer with a deep understanding of Craft CMS with proven skills in leading a team and delivering great projects. Someone who cares deeply about quality, and helping to create effective user experiences for our clients. If that sounds like you, get in touch.
Skills/Responsibilities
PHP / Craft CMS Development
One of the key parts of this role will be back end engineering within the Craft CMS space. The ability to create and maintain custom features as well as building integrations with other systems/APIs.
Javascript (ES6, Babel)
A fundamental understanding of JS is required with further knowledge to be able to create and maintain component based JS builds.
Front End
Comfortable with HTML/CSS and have an understanding/overview of front end best practices.
Dev Ops/Build Tools (webpack)
Maintenance and improvement of build tools and deployment systems to ensure best practices and optimal delivery of code with zero downtime.
System Administration
An overview understanding of LEMP and LAMP server architecture. The ability to top level administer VPSs.
Information Architecture
A good understanding of best practices for information architecture relating to web sites/apps. The ability to identify the optimal hierarchy of data to ensure data reuse, performance and DRYness.
UX
The ability to overview a site or application and understand what constitutes good/bad UX practices. Liaise with the design team to deliver optimised solutions that combine the best compromise of design, development, UX while solving a client’s problem.
Team Lead
Work with the development team helping mentor, problem solve and pair program. Working together with the team to provide assistance to the Client Services Team in regards to project planning, deadlines and estimating.
Reporting
Regular reporting to company directors to continue the growth, development and the smooth running of the development side of the business
Clients
You will work with the Client Services Team, to make the complex simple for our clients. You will explain your thinking and possible solutions to clients in the language they understand.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, flexible working, private medical healthcare, 28 days of holiday a year, plus bank holidays, and a 35-hour working week.
